Welcome to the 2010 issue of
Full Tilt. We're running rather late this year, but better late than never, for we've many fine features in this new issue, including interviews with two of the best performance artists we have ever had the pleasure of hearing: Lê Phạm Lê and Mani Rao. This issue of
Full Tilt also includes two poetry-rich features on the late, great Shang Qin, the master of the Chinese prose poem, who sadly passed away last summer, as well as an interview with the controversial Chinese blogger poet, Yang Li. Last but not least, per
Full Tilt tradition, we showcase the work of a major publisher of East-Asian poetry-in-translation, which, in this case, is our favorite chap-book editor,
Tinfish's Susan Schultz. We hope you enjoy the issue. Be sure to drop us a line if you do.
